If you are having trouble logging in to Onlime, try the following:
Check if you can log on to cloud.onlime.dk.
Double-check that you are using the correct email address. If you doubt which email you have used, you can check your email account and see where previous mails from us have been sent to. You can search for a payment receipt from us or the welcome email we sent you when you signed up.
If your browser or app auto-fills the email address for you, please check one extra time that no spaces sneak in before or after the e-mail address.
Request a reset of your password and try again.

If you have a company account, you can use a secondary e-mail to receive invoices. This email address does not work for logging in.
If you need to reset your Onlime password, you can do so by requesting a reset.
